PCC timeline request from CIC

Hey guys,
I will be submitting my CEC PR application in the next few weeks and was wondering if you can suggest me the best way of doing it considering the recent changes in the program like cap limit.
Its seems like I can get most of the required documents in time except for the PCC. Like in the website, it says that we could send the application first and then send PCC separately, but my question is
usually when do they request for a PCC, like after getting a AOR number or will they ask immediately after receiving the application ?.

As I thought to be safe to wait till I get my PCC and then submit but now having the sub cap limit for NOC B, I feel the need to submit the application asap and then the PCC. What do think guys ?
Btw do you guys think CIC closes for weeks bcoz of Christmas holidays ?

Would appreciate your input and maybe can state your timeline experience like the above case with PCC request.

its better to submit application as soon as possible and submit the PCC letter.
Last year I submitted my Application without PCC and now CIC requested to me submit PCC .

we can submit them once your received the AOR number.

Do you think I can send the PCC as soon as I get it to CIC or wait for the AOR number or wait untill they ask for. Bcoz once I apply for PCC I should also be aware of the expiry date on the PCC. Btw I will be applying for the Indian PCC from Vancouver.

@Jaihanuman After how many months did they ask for the PCC once you submitted the application ?.

Once you receive the AOR then you can updated the PCC and any additional documents.
They asked with my medical request after 11 months.

I would also suggest you to submit the application now because PCC can be submitted later after getting AOR. If I were you, I would have done it already...

Then I will submit it very soon. Do you guys know what is the expiration date on those indian PCC obtained after submitting through CGI Vancouver ?

it should not be 3 months old after getting it from CGI and before submitting it to CIC.
