PCC Submission Deadline - Is Extension Possible ??

Hi Folks,

Has anyone been able to get an extension from New Delhi Visa Office for PCC submission.

I have been given a deadline of 45 days for document submission { MR, PCC, Passport copies, RFPR }

However my FBI clearance probably wont be in for another 8-10 weeks { already applied - without stating any emergency }.

Please advise.

Send email request to your visa office stating the reason behind the delay. But you should have applied for PCC much earlier?

Thanks .. Actually coudnt find fingerprinting experts here NOR will the police help.. { i am in Saudi Arabia FYI }.. so had no choice, but to sit on ma ass till i got it done this summer - during my India trip.

Have you known cases of extension being granted ?

I have not heard about the extension. But complete MR and send Passport copies, RFPR along with request letter for PCC extension to Delhi visa office. Passport stamping may delay due to PCC issue.
