Hi there, i am trying to get pcc for my pr in british columbia. But the problem is, there is so much wait on the processing and i tried applying for pcc online. but the site is not opening as alot of people are trying to apply for it now. so my question is can i apply pcc straight from India, and if yes could i use photocopy of it. instead of original document.
