I got a PCC of Russia from a consulate in a country which is not my home country or a country that a reside in. As I submitted my PR application while traveling so I got it from Argentina. On the PCC states: it is issued in the favor of the petitioner to be presented to the authorities of the Argentine republic for migratory purposes.
Do you think it's okay to use this PCC?
