I was requested a Police certificate from the country where I did not leave.
The problem : I was requested to provide a police certificate from the country I obtained my diploma from. The problem I never lived in that country for more than 6 months. I was registered at the University, and got my degree through sort of distance learning. I visited that country only 3 times, less than a week in total. I have already applied for PCC, but it will take 2 weeks to get it. What to do? I am scared that my application will be cancelled because of this. I plan to provide the letter of Explanation with the proof that i have applied for the certificate.
Any advice is appreciated.

The LOE should be enough. Was it a self-study programme? If you did it through a local university you could get a letter from them. Also, be sure to highlight that you were in your own country in the personal history section.

Goggi u dont need a PCC if u have not stayed for 6 months at a stretch or with breaks. It seems even total 6months u havent stayed. So just provide PCC of the country u are staying. thats enuf
