I have a question about my parents surname, like in my passport their surname is AAA and in their passport surname is BBB and I found a Family Information file which I used in my Study visa application and in that my agent filled my parents details as per my passport which is AAA
If I fill information as per my parents passport then they will issue PCC with the information that I provide.
In my passport their surname is AAA and in PCC it will be BBB. So, it won’t be a problem??
One of my friend applied for PCC through BLS and he filled his parents details as per his parents passport but when he went to submit his application at BLS they told him to change his parents details and fill it as per his passport details.

My passport has my old address and parents passport has and other documents has new address. So, which one I should use in PCC Application?
I tried to contact BLS and CGI for this but I am not able to contact them.
