PCC processing through postal application in surrey(vancouver)

Did anyone applied for pcc from consulate of india in surrey(vancouer).
I applied for it a month ago.Still it shows processing at consulate.
Did anyone applied at this center and can anyone give the approx weeks to get pcc from surrey(vancouer)

I applied to surrey office last month.I sent mine along with my husband one.My husband's pcc got back in a week and mine took exactly 4 weeks!
I dont know how they work.It takes approx 4 weeks.If you didnt receive even after 4 weeks you need to call them and find out the problem.

Most of the time even after receiving BLS may not update it. So better to call them and ask.
