Get the fingerprinting of your wife then fill the form and send it to FBI.

I have applied this certificate last month and i am still waiting for it.

the fingerprint.... did you take it on the OWN form provided by the finger printing company? or did you HAVE TO take the finger prints on the forms PROVIDED by FBI?

get your or your wife fingerprint and fill the forum send it with fees .. it will take about 2 months or less...l have done its very easy..

You can buy those forms FD-258, online or even print them out, check the FBI website for these forms and the instructions are given along with the forms,
make finger prints as subscribed, or by professionals for immigration purpose and send it along with a cover letter to the address given.
