PCC (Police Clearance Certificate - FBI, USA)

Hello All,
I have lived in US for around 2 years (during 2008-2010).

I am in Bangalore now for last few years. Can anyone guide me or suggest as how to obtain the PCC for United states.
This will be a great help!
