PCC NO RECORDS FOUNDS

Guys can anyone help me out ??

My documents are delivered to BLS brampton office on feb 2,2021 for PCC after that i didnt get any email by bls regarding confirmation or any tracking ?
How would i know my file is started yet or whats going on?

You will get an email from them approx 7 to 10 business days after your docs are delivered. Post that you can start tracking on BLS website. You can also call them post 3 usually and dont givr up before trying atleast 10 odd times. Give them the details and ask them the status if you are connected. There is a huge thread on Indian PCC from Toronto on this forum which you should read for more details and experience from people.
