I'm based in the US (not PR or citizen) and trying to get PCC. I am filling out the FBI form and it's asking where to Mail results. Is it to myself or to CIC? Also, what does one put under "Reason for Request", "Live, work or travel in a foreign country". Lastly, any tips to make the process quicker? I read something about stating on the envelope the required timeline, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to find and re-read that post, the search engine on this website is mind-bogglingly bad! Any info would be appreciated!

Have them mailed to you.

Put "Live, work or travel in a foreign country."

Nope. No way to speed it up.

Please make sure your CC doesn't expire or worst, stolen or lost in the next month or so.

Yeah that is what happened with me. Thankfully just before sending my packet I caught this and changed my cc information.

My cumulative years of visit and living in the US is 5 months, 2weeks and 5days...does this mean I will need a US PCC

Please help.

Might be better to just do it, to be on the safe side. Depends on how much it might delay your application, though.
