PCC Help from India ( False dowry Police case )

Hi Frds
My Father In law has registered a false case against me at Police station using his contacts IPC 498A and 406.

I have already sent one Joint application (me , my wife and children)for Canada Immigration FSW2014.
But to spoil everything my wife and Father In Law used 498a and 406 case .

My question is IF my application get approved

1.Whether I will be getting Police clearence certificate?

2. What status I will show about my Faimly in future communication with immigration authorities?

Hi , is this issue still open ?
I am almost in the same boat. PCC denied, charges existing. issue is in the court. ofcourse, it is a fraud case. I am struck up with no avenues to immigration.
