I AM CONTEMPLATING TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR CITIZENSHIP IN JUNE 2019 AND RIGHT NOW I AM IN INDIA SINCE MAY 2018 (ONE YEAR) AND GOING TO RETURN CANADA ON 10TH JUNE 2019 SO CAN I APPLY AND OBTAIN PCC RIGHT HERE IN INDIA OR IS IT NECESSARY TO APPLY IN BLS AFTER REACHING CANADA. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

If you are in india, get it done from there. So when u apply for citizenship, you can include a copy with your application.

It will be better if you ask your relative to apply for pcc after your date of arrival back to Canada. As IRCC require PCC issued after your visit. In my case I left India in May10 ,2018 and requested my daughter to apply for my PCC as NRI can get PCC through thier blood relation as per GOI instructions. Likewise my PCC was issued after the date of my departure from India and within 7 working days it same was issued and my daughter sent through ouriersc has been accepted by IRCC and I got AOR too. You can also apply online for PCC. Before coming back to Canada you must visit the office of SSP of your district and get guidance from them. Also please read guidelines for filling latest Citizenship application form of January 2019 in which you will get every information.
