Hi there. I want to know if I can get my PCC directly from India from The office of Superintendent of Police of my region. Or I need to get one from Local BLS working under Indian Embassy ? Help is appreciated.

I think it has to be through BLS, that is what everybody seems to be doing. Since you are CeC inland, it would be issued by embassy
