PCC from FBI

Hello Friends,

I will need to get the PCC/History/Clearance whatever they call from FBI as I stayed in US for more than 6 months ... now, they need the fingerprints to be taken by some experts, they have some website mentioned but I do not see anyplace in Montreal. Has someone done this in Montreal, Canada ?

How much time does clearance from FBI takes ...
Mine credit card was charged by FBI on 22 Sept 14, yet not received document at my residence in Montreal.

any info ?
