Hello
I have a question regarding the pcc. As per cic website a person has to provide police clearance where he/she lived 6 or more months. My question is so the 6 months time period is only for one visit or could me multiple visits add up to 6 months. For example if someone went back home for 3 months and after couple of months visited again for 3 months in same year has to provide pcc?

Thanks

It's a cumulative time period, spent in a country. Yes, if you visited twice for 3-3 months, then you have to provide PCC. Contact your nearest Embassy/Consulate.

It is correct, as long as the total time of residence period is 6 months or more after your 18th birthday in that country, you need to get PCC that covers all the way up to your last residence in it. PCC is one of the first thing they check once R10 begins, and it is also one of the most common thing that gets people rejected.

My case is i went to back home and came back just one day after my pr application submitted. I was in back home when my lawyer submitted my application.i was there just for 3 weeks.my lawyer submitted my application with the pcc which i got 2 months back. So m i safe or i ll get rejected. Just worried.

I think you should be fine, if you can obtain PCC easily you can apply another one just in case they request agian.

It's unclear what your timeline is here. Do you mean that you used a police check that was issued prior to your last trip home?

If this is the case, I would get a new clearance and submit via CSE.
