Have you been able to get the PCC? I need to get one also but I don't live in Angola anymore. If you've gotten yours, can you share how you went about it and help me in acquiring mine if you can?

I live in Angola and I got a PC from the same office that issues IDs. If you live outside Angola, you could try the Angolan embassy in your country of residence. I had to be present physically in the office. Perhaps if one explains that the person seeking a PC no longer resides in Angola, they could make an exception.
