PCC from Afghanistan

Guys i am new in this forum so anybody has experienced how long does it takes to obtained PCC from Afghanistan,I am currently working in Canada and i have sent my required documents to obtained PCC to Afghanistan Consulate which is in Vancouver,today only consular received my documents via canada post, i called to them and asked the processing time and he told me that normally it takes 6 weeks to 6 months but i have only 43 days to submit PR application.I am worried too much.Is there any other way to get quickly?
