Hi,
I am in a real bad situation. I got an ITA in the latest batch, and am preparing my application. I had previously applied for FSW2014 but application didn't go through due to cap being filled. (September 2014 I had sent package). Although I have a PCC from september, I will have to get another one for India.
I am in the USA now and will be applying to the embassy / consulate for the PCC. However, their website has mandated that US address proof is mandatory for receiving the PCC. And I stay in a hotel, so I have no address proof and will not have any for next 4 months.
Now what do I do? Shall I still submit my application for PCC and explain my situation? I can add the photocopy of the previous PCC just to show that I have at least something available.
Please advise if there could be an alternative way of getting the PCC without an address proof. Thanks!
