Becoz you stayed there for quite a while after getting PCC.
Kindly apply and obtain a new PCC for this country.

Thanks for the reply, I have just one question, I know SA takes a lot of time to issue the PCC(as Read on other forums)
What are my options if they take more than 60 days to get my PCC?

You have 90 days to submit e-APR. So I believe that should not be a problem. In case you don't receive it by 87th day from ITA, then go ahead and submit your e-APR. Submit evidence that you have already applied for this PCC and request IRCC to grant you extension to submit this PCC.

This has been a common case for FBI PCC.

Yes for all countries where she lived for more than 6 months in total since the age of 18.

They are processing it a lot quicker in SA these days. It takes about 2-3 weeks.

Did you get it done?
If yes, then please let me know how.. I am really struggling with the procedure here. I am an Indian national and currently in US.

Question regarding police clearance...i obtained it from my home country back in Dec 2014 and not lived there for more than 3months (on/off visits only).
Do i need to apply for it again?

If you visited your home country even once after obtaining this PCC, then you must obtain a new PCC, irrespective of the no. of days of your visit to home country.

Mine was a bit easier as I was in SA and could just courier my form to them myself, but I know of a few people from outside of SA that used a company like docassist and also got their PCC in a few weeks. You will need to get your finger prints done at a SA embassy and a copy of your identity document.

There are a few companies that can assist you, try www[.]docassist[.]co[.]za or do google search for the others (I can only remember the one name now but I have seen a few of them that cater for people outside of SA).

SA Police clearance website - www[.]saps[.]gov[.]za/services/applying_clearence_certificate.php

Hope that helps, but if not let me know and I can try and find out a bit more about the process for you.
