PCC(COC) - Singapore

Hi guys,


Please help me out.
We applied for PR and we received an ADR to obtain a PCC from Singapore. In order to PCC(COC) from Singapore you need "Authorization Letter" from IRCC.
My problem is, in the email that IRCC sent there are all the details but there is no PDF letter attached or anything called an "Authorization Letter".

Do I need to just print the email itself use it as an "Authorization Letter" when applying for PCC(COC)?

If anyone has experience with this it would be of tremendous help.
