PCC before 2008

Hi,
I have 2 questions:

1.We are applying for Express Entry programme, Canada.
I have worked in Vietnam between 2006 Feb to 2007 Feb.
Do I need Police Clearance Certificate from the country.

2. We've recently(2 months) moved the required funds to our account, will it be enough for proof of funds or we need any supporting documents.

You will most likely not be asked to provide any pcc's for countries you have not visited in the past 10 years.

If you have moved the funds recently, you must show supporting documents to show how you got those funds.
