Hello Everyone,

I got my PCC from BLS International Services Canada in Brampton 5 months ago and after hearing from friends that pcc should come with finger print or with my photo. I just received without any of it.

I am just waiting for my ECA to be done and the time i will upload my PCC it will exceed 6 month expiry requirement, please suggest should i reapply PCC ?

I believe you are talking about Indian PCC. It does not have photo or fingerprint.

Also it is still valid if you have not visited India after you got your PCC.

If this PCC is for India and you have not returned back to India since this PCC was issued to you, then you can use this existing PCC for your e-APR.
In case you have travelled back to India, then kindly obtain a new one.

Fingerprints are not required for Indian PCC. However, a photograph is always present on the PCC. I wonder how did you get it without the need of photo.

Thank you for clearning, i just spoke to BLS they told me to bring the PCC and passport they will fix it and it will take 4 days.

Did they say that it was done in error? Even I too have PCC from them without photo.

I think only the PCCs issued in India have photos. The ones issued by Indian consulate in Canada does not have photo.

I think the same. My friend who applied from India had her PCC with photo. I got mine from the Indian High Commission in London and there is no photo.

Its strange how the Indian embassies abroad have their own way of working. Some Indian embassies abroad require the colored photo to be pasted on PCC, whereas others in different countries do not require a photograph.

I had to submit my photo when applying for the PCC and I thought the PCC would have my photo like the UK PCC or the Indian PCC from India. I was surprised to see a lousy document. I hadnt checked my passport and didnt know they had stamped the passport until my friend told me to check.

Hi All
Even i got Indian PCC from BLS Centre in Brampton Ontario that does not have photo but they have stamped on my passport
