Hi All,

Have a work reference letter for my job of 8 plus years. I was wondering if its worth including the 3+ payslips I have also?

As per my knowledge all CIC needs is the work reference letter but with all the details it asks for like duties, letterhead, salary etc etc. I think CIC dont ask for payslips. If they need they can ask for it later.
But if you dont mind & have it then you can submit them.

Please wait for more replies before you make a decision.

I think there is no harm in adding payslips. Only goes on to prove that the employment was paid.

ha ha no man, pay slips strengthen your application, they are not mandatory.

Like let me analyse from a case officers perspective

I have reference letter which is mandatory, and it mentions i have xyz salary.
if my pay slips also show exactly xyz salary, and my salary credit account also shows exactly xyz salary being credited ,then it pretty much clears any doubt i have regarding your employment or salary...

coming back to your original question - i would add last 3 months salary stubs (or 6, whatever makes you sleep better at night) for each job i had, thats what i did with my application.

good luck

I agree with thestunner316 and sandeepn
Personally, I uploaded all my payslips (but be careful that the size of the scan is not exceeding the limit ... 3 or 4 MB if I remember well ...)

You may add payslips to prove your pay and number of days paid. In my case, I have included it because the experience letter from my employer is not including the number of work hours.
