Hello everyone
I just want to know what is the calendar day for 2019...

How I can calculate my 2 weeks cheque or know when will I get the cheque from my employer.

Also if I started work for example on 4th of February when I will get my 2 weeks cheque?

Is there any website to explain this in a simple way?

Thanks

There are a couple of ways you can get paid:

15th of the months and last day of months, or
every two weeks, lets say, every second Friday
or monthly

I'm asking because the accountant said the government put law on how we pay for weeks I mean starting & ending week
Maybe I don't know how to explain this...

I don't think there are set laws for these although the reality is many hourly workers get to be paid bi-monthly and salary earners monthly. A company will have their pay schedule and it is usually not something you re-negotiate after since the payroll is processed for all staff on a set day.

Your hourly wage or monthly salary, pay schedule and first pay date should be available from your work contract.
