Hi, My family friend got rejected three times for student visa in Canada. I am new in forum so just trying to figure out what to do, I find people have more wisdom here than lawyers. So, first time he applied and got rejected; the reasons were no travel history and cant satisfy that you will come back to Canada, second time I suggested his family that they should get a lawyer (my mistake) they took 2500 just to file the application and this time all was ok but the lawyers didn't notify us that the school he has chosen is not under the list of cic, he got rejected again as it said that to get student visa you will have to chose a school frm list of cic.
third time, he did choose George brown college, for January intake and chose the EAP program which starts now. the most funny and weird part is with same documents and everything same in a months time reapplying, this time they said no travel history and couldn't satisfy that you will return to your country. how is it possible? how can they make two different decisions with same documents? some are saying appeal in court some say don't as government always wins. I do not know what to do. He was rejected on 24th and its two weeks to appeal..
Is there any maximum limit to reapply and after that you cant? will it be a good Idea to apply as visitor and go back and later in future apply for study permit to make them believe. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
