payment of fees through CSE

Greetings folks,
Pls will like to know your views on this issue. I couldn't pay my application fees with RPRF due to the financial policies in my country. My eAPR is about 48days now, and I tot I should pay RPRF through CSE.
I contacted CIC call centre and was told how to go about, but was advised to wait for officers to request for it. In the call centre agent's words ' I suggest', meaning she was advising.
What do you think folks?

Doesn't really matter. You can always wait for the VO to ask for it.
