Payment of 1st Semester Fee

Dear,

I got an Acceptance Letter for PG course in Construction Management, Conestoga College, for Sep 2014 intake. I have prepared all the documents and will apply for student visa in couple of days. Now I am in confusion regarding the payment of 1st Semester Fee, shall I pay this fee before visa application or not and will that strong my case.

Seniors suggestion will be highly appreciated.
P.S. I am Pakistani national, Civil Engineer by profession, working in construction industry and currently residing in Saudi Arabia for job.

Doesnt matter.

If you can show total of 25k (15k tution im assuming a year + 10k living)

to be safer u can show an additional 5k too. But not necessary

Doesn't matter if you pay tuition fees before visa or after visa. Only thing required is the unconditional offer letter that fulfills the requirement of college acceptance

First of all thanks.

I have more than 45K in my personal account and also accompanying my family (wife + daughter 2.5yrs old).
One more question regarding my family, shall I apply for visit visa or open work permit?

I am also going in the same college for same course for sept 2014 intake. Its better to pay one sem fee .
