Hi again,

PLEASE PLEASE try not to pay for the processing fee from credit card. Not only this forum, but everyone I have talked to will say the same thing. CIO will try only once, and if your credit card company rejects the transaction, for any reason limited credit limit, high value transactions, etc, CIO will return the application. Therefore, the next time u apply with a draft, considering CIO may take a few days or week to send ur application, the 1000 cap would have reached.
