Which is the best and safest mode of payment for FSWP? Credit Card or Bank Draft?

If paying by BD then it should be payble only to: The Receiver General for Canada ? any other info should be included?

People have been using both these options, and both work.

Only a handful face some kind of situation, and it would be for both of the methods. While CC has a longer validity generally, it could be the type of card not accepted internationally. One can always confirm with the CC company though. DDs are issued for a limited time only, which could expire before CIC reaches to a point of time to encash them.
