Payment Debit query

Dear All
I am planning to send my application very soon to Scotia. I have opted for Credit Card Payment option, but my credit card needs to be activated for any online transaction. i can activate it for year or month or days.
now what i need to know is that when will scotia debit funds.

like if i send my application on 26th Feb. what will be the stages of my application ? and at which stage do they debit credit cards.

Try to activate your card for online transaction prior to CIC payment in order to ensure it works OK. You can do some other on line payment, for your family or friends if you don't find anything for yourself.. You can discontinue the future use of card any time after clearing the payment to the Bank.

It usually get charged @ 7-8th week. Activate it now.

thanks and great - but one more thing do they charge the credit card after sending AOR or do they send AOR after debiting the card.

They charged credit card before sending AOR.
