Please guide me about total fee i have to pay and also how to pay by credit card.

Go to www.cic.gc.ca

On the right there are many links. One of them says "Calculate application fees" and another says "paying application fees." This with both guide you through the process. It took me just a couple minutes. Make sure to get the receipt and save it on your computer for printing.

That is the same amount I got as well. Only sponsoring wife and no others.

Maybe someone else could clarify this as well as I'm not an expert.

You need to choose the place that you are sending your application to and it's not based on where you live it's based on what kind of application you are filing. Are you filing an inland or outland application. Personally my wife is not living in Canada so we filled the forms that were for people not yet living in Canada and this type of application must be sent to Missisauga. I believe an inland application is sent to Vegreville, Alberta but someone else might want to clarify this. What type of application do you have and where did you plan on sending it?

Yes my situation is same. I am Canadian citizen and applying for my husband who is in Japan. so my application shall be sent to Mississauga. Only thing which is really confusing me out is what options did you select when u are paying fees online? should we select the sponsorship application under Family class OR sponsorship application under Spouse and Common Law Partner In Canada Class .

I don't remember what happens after you click Missisauga. It asks you what class the payment is for? I would imagine Spousal sponsorship. It is more specific to your case and "Family Class" could be a whole list of other types of applications.

You want the first three in the list. RPRF, family class sponsorship, and principal applicant. One of each.
