Paying the nomination fees using a bank draft?

I was very fortunate and I got a notification of interest from Ontario to apply for the human priorities stream for nomination:

They require me to pay using only one of two methods:

- Bank Draft
- Money order


The recipient should be "Ontario Minister of Finance". There is no specific name given or any more information.

I live in the UK. I've asked my bank and they said they can do a bank draft, and that they require the name and address of the recipient.

I'm assuming the name is "Ontario Minister of Finance" or should it be the actual name of the current person in that position?

And I'm assuming the address is the address where I'm sending the form.


Does anyone know if I'm doing this correctly or not?

Here is the passage that talks about the fees:

The application fee is per application. The fee must be submitted with the
application package or the application will be considered incomplete and returned to
you. All fees must be made payable to the Ontario Minister of Finance.
Payments must be made in Canadian dollars only. No other currency will be
accepted.
Check the appropriate boxes to indicate the method of payment and the amount
enclosed.

The bank did not write any addresses on my draft and it was encashed yesterday.

Btw, can you please tell me how long it took for them to process your human priorities stream nomination application?

I heard people saying it takes months for other streams, but I'm hoping this stream is fast.

I got issued demand draft in canadian dollars.
