hello ı want to ask ıf ı pay the fees vıa net ıs safe?ı wonder ıf somethıng goes wrong wıth the system and ı cant prınt the receıpt or somethıng else how ı wıll prove ı paıd...so the second way much safer.do u have any ıdea how ı can do thıs?ı am ın turkey.can ı go and pay at a bank?the guıde ıs not clear

Hi, there are many solution to gather a proof of online payment. I believe you might be aware about the "print screen" option available on your key pad. With every proceeding step, you can take a snap of your screen by pressing "fn"+ "prt sc" and save that to word or paints. In that case you will be having a record in case some thing goes wrong. You can also grab the error page, if any, to claim your payment. But rest assured, it has been devised after so many trials with every possible efforts to minimize any problem.

And if you still dont feel comfortable, there is no such problem with the banks. You can consolidate your heat by saying that when I can wait for months-years for the out come of application, will have to add merely a few days for fee deposit by banks.

thanks..but ı dıdnt understand about the banks what u mean..ı can go to every bank and pay that 1040 dolars?and what do ı have to say to the bank?ı thınk before they gıve me the receıpt they must refer a reason of my payment...the oayment must be ın dollars?for example ı am ın turkey and here they use turkısh lıras

Oh sorry, I overlooked that you are in Turkey. Well, on the CIC website there are clear instruction about candidate applying from abroad. Relevant instructions are copied for your convenience here :

If you live outside Canada, you can:

pay your fees online, or
pay with an international money order or bank draft.

If you get an international money order or bank draft:

make sure it is in Canadian funds,
make it payable to the Receiver General for Canada,
on the front of the money order or draft, write the bank's or financial institution's name, its complete address (not a post office box number) and the account number(s), and send the money order or draft with your application.

You can take the print out of these information from cic.gc.ca website and let the bank officer know the purpose you want to pay the fee. In most cases, banks are able to issue a draft in CA$ but you have to check with them yourself. Even Western Union, Money Gram and institution like them also deal with it.
