Are you applying inland or OUTLAND?

I am inland which I believe means I am living and sending it from within Canada

Yes, you will choose the one above the one u have highlighted "spouse or common law partner in Canada"

Thanks

Okay but does that mean my spouse is with me? She is overseas and I am currently sending the application from within Canada so I should file it under the Canada class

Then you are not applying inland. Both spouses MUST be living in Canada for that. Select the one you have highlighted.

Okay, this has nothing to do with applying inland or OUTLAND. If your spouse is not in Canada u must apply OUTLAND. If your spouse is with u in Canada then u have the option to apply OUTLAND or inland. Since u have stated your spouse is not in Canada with you, that means you're not applying inland.

Thanks for that on the next step what do I select I was told there was 3 options to select but

I see four that fit in

Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Principal applicant $475.00
Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner $550.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee

Is that correct is it 4 options or 3

Sponsorship, principal applicant, and right of permanent residence.

The spouse fee only applies if both spouses are being sponsored, such as in the case of parents and grandparents.
