Paying for the sponsorship application

I am ready to send the application package!! However, I am a bit confused with paying the fees.

Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Principal applicant $475.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00

They add up to $1,040

My limit on visa is $1,000. Can I pay the first 2 fees first and then make another payment for $490 and include both receipts? Or should I just call visa and ask for an increase in funds? Anyone has experience with this?

if you can call your VISA and ask for an increase, then it's probably easier.
CIC gets confused easily, so the more straightforward you make it for them, the better for you.
But paying with 2 receipts is a possibility, and it has worked for others.

If anyone is interested, I was able to transfer another $100 on my visa account without having to increase my limit. I paid all at once.
