Paying for degree evaluation from WES

I need to make a bank draft to pay for engineering degree evaluation from World Education Service. Their requirement is that the bank draft should be drawn on a Canadian bank.
I am in Pakistan. Please let me know which bank should I go here that can make this bank draft?

Why dont you pay online using credit card , its easy and fast

Credit card is a good method but if there is no chance for you to pay through credit card then you can go to any western union branch in pak and they will make a DD for you in CAD.
