As per changes in rule, effective May 2013 session, one semester fee is absolutely fine. However, if you wish to pay two semester fee, it's fine, but it's not a mandate anymore (irrespective of application category - SPP or General, now some people and specifically your agent will push you for two semester fee stating it will make your case stronger which is just a lie.) And you haven't answered one of my questions from your another thread, the GBC one.
