If your reference letters have the salary information mentioned on them, then there is no need to submit pay stubs.
For any work exp. where the salary part is not mentioned in the reference letter, then you should submit pay stubs for that particular job along with the reference letter.

salary information is in per month not per annum... is it ok or should i ask my employer to change it

That should be fine. However, if you can get a new one with per annum mentioned on it, then better anytime.
 
Hi Guys,

If I can't get a reference letter for my wife's employment, will it be a problem. I am the principal applicant and I have all the necessary employment reference letters and pay stubs but one of my wife's employer is giving us problem in providing her with a reference letter. We have all her pay stubs from this employer though.

If you are the principal applicant, then relax. If they are requesting documents for her work exp., then ask her to get the reference letter on a plain paper signed by one of her colleagues. Attach business card of this colleague and get this letter notarised. In addition, offer letter, pay stubs, work contract, etc. can be submitted.
