Hi there,
In order to apply for PR under CEC do I really have to deposit the cheques in bank on time?Usually I got my cheques after 3 or 4 months.Does it make any effect on my profile?

You would need your salary slips and T4 and Complensation Letter issue by company.
I do not think rest matters.

Why I am so concerned because they also need proof of funds which I think can be a problem when they saw my bank history?

Nobody will look at your bank history. All they care is if you can prove you have enough money or property right now. It can be cash, stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders - the list is longer, but you get the idea.

Agree with this. T4 matters the most.. And pay stubs are supporting documents. No one looks into you bank account. Chill.. For CEC real asset is your Canadian experience.. If you can work one year full time.. You would not have any issue.
