Anybody applying for cic was asked for attaching pay slips or pay stubs?
 
They aren't mandatory at eAPR.

If they aren't convinced by your work experience letter.

If you don't provide any other supporting documentation (e.g. T4 in Canada, tax documents, contracts...)

It was overseas experience in Saudi Arab......I wrkd thr till june 2016 nd not wrking anywhere since then.....

Initially I submitted 8 months salary slip also print of salary slips were not so clear..... may be cause of that they asked for it again....

I dont think so ......

But I have not seen anyone in this forum been asked to submit salary slips of one year.....

I just realised that we have the same noc code of 0631 so do you reckon it's the occupation?

Yes my NOC is 0631: food service manager

I have got LMIA in this occupation....
