without that will they refuse apps?

It is wise to send as much as information/s & docs possible for your experience. Yes, the 'pay stubs' & 'bank statement' showing regular salary deposits help the VO to assess your case.

My company does not provide pay slip and pay salary by cash not by cheque, I don't have any bank statement against my job/salary.

I have income tax return on annual base but not monthly base.

Will embassy reject my file?????

Senior please reply....

Just for want of that they might not 'outrightly' reject your case. They may ask for some docs to prove it [may or may not]. It'd be wise if u could garner some sort of proofs about your salaries. If u can't, & if they ask, send a 'self declared' Affidavit instead, alongwith the employer's Salary Certificate.
