Pay Fees, Prepaid credit card ISSUE

Hi
I am applying for Canada immigration after getting CSQ from Quebec.

I live in australia and I don't have a credit card and not getting limit I required to pay fees. I found that I can pay via prepaid credit card.

In australia no prepaid credit card all are travel card. Any advice how to pay fee

So you do not even have a debit card with your bank account that you can use or have someone use their card and you pay them ?
