Pay again the right of permanent residence

Hi everyone,

Quick question. My PR confirmation is expired, and I have to do the process all over again but by being sponsored by my husband this time. Do I have to pay again the fees? I guess I'll have to pay a second time the application fees but what about the right of permanent residence fee?
