past residence question.

Hi, I have found a lot of people asking questions about past residences. But I haven't found an answer to my question. I dug through old papers and found all my old addresses. But my question us do they only want the ones I had bills sent too, therefore show up on my credit report? Should I put the dorm I lived on campus or the room I rented from someone, no bilks in my name, no lease, no trail .... or just to be safe should I add even those?
