hi alll , i am pretty new here ..have a quick question , i am applying from scratch in Nigeria but the issue i have is my passport , the dob is June 12 1980 but all other documents ( credentials from school , birth certificates , drivers license ) show June 12 1981 , which is actually my correct age , the issue of getting a new passport seems long as the passport has a valid US visa on it and it expires n Jan 2022 , i was told that a sworn affidavit can cover the error , dont know how authentic this is . Does anyone have any similar issue , any responses / replies will go a long way .. ps tried applying for a school but the institution i used just wasted my time and money ..
