PASSPORT WITH STAMP LOST, CAN I USE NEW PASSPORT WITH NO STAMP TO RENEW PR CARD

My old passport that has the stamp when I first landed in Canada has expired, and when I renewed that passport I have lost it and I only have the new one with no stamp. One of the requirements to renew PR card is the passport that has the stamp.
Can I use the new passport? If not, what can I do?
