Passport Transit Time - CPP Ottawa

Hi Friends,
My online TRV application has been approved and I have sent my passport and CPP -Ottawa received my passport on 6th October.

How many days it will take for them to send it back? Am very nervous as I have booked my flights on Oct 25th to India and its urgent that I cannot cancel.

Is there any way to expedite the passport transit time? Can I call them and explain the situation?

Between 2 to 5 full business days.

You could have tried. Attaching a letter to your passport when you sent it. As you have already sent the passport then this is no longer possible.

Can I call them and explain the situation?

Could you tell us how long it took to get the passport request ? I applied on Oct 5 and still waiting.
