Passport submission

Hi everyone,

Can I please ask for help? The manila immigration finally asked for my husband's passport but the passport should still be valid for 12 months. Unfortunately, his passport would expire in October this year.

The next available appointment for passport renewal is on October. They dont honor the email from manila immigration that his passport should be submitted asap.

It was our fault as well for not looking into his passport expiration date. But we couldn't do anything about that anymore.

What do we do now? Help please.

Maybe post in a Manila thread, with ppl who have same visa office.
Renewal appt is a ridiculous wait. Just a thought, is it just as long to get a new one?

Has he tried other Consular offices outside Metro Manila? Here are the lists for Regional Consular Offices. Have him call the most convenient location for him and see if he can be accommodated to have an expedited passport renewal.
