Passport submission query

Hi. I have submitted my Canada student visa application along with my passport at VFS global Chandigarh on 9th December 2019. If my application get approved, do I get back my passport along with the visa stamp on it, or do I have to submit my passport again for the visa stamp?

If you've already submitted your passport you will not be required to retrieve it and resubmit it.
